specific: many of the big publishing companies that have TEFL materials (like Macmillan, for example) have websites that offer on-line material focused on business writing techniques and strategies at all levels--so that many of the materials will be appropriate even if your intended audience is made up of native English speakers&lt;br&gt;&lt;b&gt;References : &lt;/b&gt;&lt;br&gt;</description>
