Those days are over. If you have cable you can afford an Attorney to get the help you need. It's better to get info from top attorneys than everyday people. I've dealt with my business and personal issues both ways. The days of using barbershop attorneys and handling things on my own are gone. There's some concern with certain charities because over 50% of their income goes to paid workers and not enough trickles down to their actual cause. But if you want to do it, do it right, talk to a lawyer and accountant. You don't want to find out when you get charged. An accountant will answer your money questions, which these are.
